Every weekend we allow one of the kids to pick out something they would like to help bake. Once it was my daughter’s turn, she chose oatmeal cookies. I should mention she loves oatmeal and eats it most mornings so her choice was not surprising. After scouring the internet I found a recipe for brown butter oatmeal cookies.
